About

Aidan Thorne & Jason Ball

Saturday 5 September, 1pm

Ocean Room, National Waterfront Museum

Jason and Aidan have collaborated in a variety of musical settings for more than 15 years, and last year they released their first joint album, Expanding upon Tradition: Ehangu’r Traddodiad, on Cambrian Records.

In this unmissable concert they’ll be performing their music, which reimagines Welsh folk melodies through a blend of improvisation, jazz, and minimalism, all set within an atmospheric, ambient sound world.
