We'll be serving beautifully fresh oysters with your choice of classic dressings and toppings, alongside proper Champagne, classic Cremant, delicious Muscadet and cocktails to set the tone for the long weekend. Each platter comes with fresh lemon with additional toppings available — from shallot vinegar mignonette and Tabasco to lemon, fresh cracked black pepper, cucumber granita, or a bloody mary dressing.

Alongside our fresh oyster platters, we'll also have a selection of hot oyster specials available on the night, including Oysters Rockefeller and fried oysters.
