About

Come and celebrate Welsh Language Music Day at Tŷ Tawe! ✨

Neil Rosser is a native of the lower Swansea Valley who draws upon the characters of his youth as inspiration for his songs.

He had the idea for using 'The Morriston side of town' as subject matter after hearing an interview with Ian Dury during which he proudly declared that he would prefer to sing about Watford than sing about California. In the same way, Neil then proceeded to sing about Clydach, Glais and Bonymaen.

Neil will be playing a special acoustic set on the night.

+ support from Hari Powell, a member of various Swansea based bands such as Curious Orange and Pretend Poets, who will be debuting a new set of original Welsh language music!
