Do you want to escape the city for a couple of hours? Come and join Yas and Mai in a unique farm yoga event designed to immerse participants in the tranquility of nature in a picturesque field where adorable lambs will be frolicking freely.
The event will take place on Bank Holiday Monday 26th of May,2024 at 10:30AM at Slieve Ynys Farm, Pontarddulais, only a short drive from Swansea, where you will be surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature!
Start with a calming yoga session to stretch and strengthen your body, followed by interaction and photo opportunities with the cute lambs. This time can be very beneficial and therapeutic for your wellbeing, as it promotes a sense of joy and happiness. Afterwards, mingle with fellow participants and enjoy some social time on the farm offering drinks and nibbles.
No experience necessary - all levels are welcome!
