To find out about Swansea's once vast and thriving copper industry, join us for a free 2 hour guided walk of the old Hafod Morfa Copperworks site, on Saturday 11th April at 11am. Come along and discover why Swansea became known as Copperopolis.
We meet opposite the Landore Park & Ride building, next to the chimney sculpture. The guided tour will last for about 2 hours (there is more talking than walking), there is no need to book, just turn up, please wear sturdy footwear. Postcode SA1 2LQ.
