To find out about Swansea's once vast and thriving copper industry, join us for a free 2 hour guided walk of the old Hafod Morfa Copperworks site, on Saturday 9 May at 11am. Come along and discover why Swansea became known as Copperopolis.
We meet opposite the Landore Park & Ride building, next to the chimney sculpture. The guided tour will last for about 2 hours (there is more talking than walking), there is no need to book, just turn up, please wear sturdy footwear. Postcode SA1 2LQ.
