About

As part of the 25th edition of WOW Wales One World Film Festival — Wales' longest-running film festival — a special screening of 'How Deep Is Your Love' (Dir. Eleanor Mortimer, UK, 2025) will take place at Taliesin Arts Centre, Swansea University on Friday 20 March at 7:30pm.

'How Deep Is Your Love' follows fifty scientists racing to document fragile deep-sea ecosystems before industrial mining alters them irreversibly. Set against the vast, little-seen landscapes of the ocean floor, the film explores urgent environmental questions surrounding seabed extraction, biodiversity loss, and the global fight to protect our oceans.

The screening forms part of the wider festival programme taking place across Wales from 20–28 March and is also included in Swansea University's Go Greek Week celebrations.

With growing public concern around climate responsibility and marine conservation, this powerful and visually striking documentary offers a timely and thought-provoking cinematic experience.
