About

Join us for a fun filled family workshop! Working with three different artists you will have the chance to experiment with multiple craft techniques (such as wire, glass and paper) and leave with your own bespoke mobile to hang proudly in your window or display at home.

This workshop is a part of Swansea Council's citywide art celebration Swansea Arts Weekend. Mission Gallery invites you to celebrate all things craft- whether this is experimenting with heritage craft skills or new processes, we hope you enjoy!

Part of Swansea Arts Weekend 2025

Mission Gallery is one of Wales's leading organisations in the presentation of contemporary visual arts and particularly craft. Part-funded through our membership of the Arts Council Wales portfolio, we also generate income through fundraising, retail, venue hires and workshop fees. Our mission is to address cultural inequalities by providing meaningful participation in the visual arts to those who historically have limited access to them. We achieve this by collaboratively delivering artistically ambitious exhibition and outreach programmes that are inclusive and distinctively of Wales.
Mission Gallery holds Cynnig Cymraeg accreditation and operates bilingually.
