This spoken word event is a journey exploring the unique city-coast location of Swansea. Touching on memory, place and family, Steve Balsamo, of Westend Theatre and musical fame, joins award-winning poet Guinevere Clark of Poetry Into Light CIC to share a special set of new poems brimming with tales from sea and land. Incorporating acoustic music from Steve, this act celebrates the path of poems into song and words rooted in the everyday and childhood memories of SA1. This set aims to inspire deeper connections to Swansea pathways and celebrate the nuance, people, power and potential in our city.
