Jonathan, born and raised in Swansea, is the co-owner and Executive chef of The Shed. With over 20 years of experience, including as Chef Director at the world-renowned St John in London, Jonathan brings a wealth of culinary expertise back home to Swansea.

Jonathan will be challenged to create dishes inspired by the rich variety of produce available from Swansea Market. From fresh seafood and Gower meats to vibrant fruit, veg, and artisanal cheeses, he'll showcase the very best Swansea has to offer!
