About

Tea, explained: from white to black and everything between.

This is the perfect starting point if you've ever thought, "I like tea… but I don't really know what I'm drinking." Tea is one plant with a surprising number of outcomes — floral, grassy, nutty, honeyed, roasted, rich — and it all comes down to how it's grown, processed, and brewed.

Tea 101: Styles of Tea is a calm, welcoming, seated tasting where we'll guide you through the main tea styles and show you what makes each one distinct. We'll taste a curated flight side-by-side, explain the basics without the waffle, and give you practical brewing tips you can take home straight away.
