The only PGA Championship status golf course within the City and County of Swansea.
Situated in the heart of the Gower peninsula, and just 15 minutes from the centre of Swansea, Fairwood Park boasts 18 holes of stunning Championship golf in over 150 acres of woodland terrain. This 6,700 yard Par 73 course has twice been chosen as the venue for the Welsh PGA Championship and is therefore the only course within the City and County of Swansea that can genuinely claim to have ‘Championship’ status.
Over the past 30 years the golf course has been transformed through the planting of over 15,000 trees and the creation of a plethora of man-made lakes. Buggy hire is also available and is a popular choice given that Fairwood is both the longest and flattest course in the area.
